TYPES OF METALS:
We are polishers of all metals including: Aluminium, aluminium alloys, brass, bronze, copper, iron, steel, stainless steel, titanium, and zinc based alloys.
Please note the quality of the metal is of significant importance where polishing is concerned. It is impossible to know what a casting may turn out like until the roughing out process begins, if a casting is of poor quality no amount of polishing will disguise the fact that it is of poor quality.
Over the years we have turned many badly weathered parts into absolute gems, but the material has to be there to begin with, thin metals that have been severely corroded by salt are sometimes beyond rescue as they have been eaten all the way through, in all of these cases we like to keep in close contact with the client and always give an honest opinion upon the arrival of such parts.
